Specifications

From June to August (15/6 – 30/8) we accept reservations for a minimum of one week, from Saturday (chek in) to Saturday (chek out). From August to June we accept reservations for shorter periods (at least three days). Our prices include towels and linen for the first week. Any change of towels and linen in the next weeks is considered as an Extra Service.
Guests can use the swimming pool, the playground in the common yarn, the barbecues (which are located next to the apartments and near the swimming pool, in the park), the areas for playing soccer, the ping-pong table and the unattended car park completely for free.
We do not accept animals.

In summer, guests of  “Villa Lazzareschi – Holiday Houses“ can enjoy a free day out in the seaside resort Stella Bianca, in Marina di Pietrasanta, Versilia, where guests will find a private beach with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and towels, or relax by the swimming pool with sea water or by the snack bar/restaurant.
